Yoga Designed for YOU

Being mindful of my health (weightlifting, HITT, cardio, stretching (transformed to lengthening with yoga), nutrition, sleep, etc.) has been transformative in my life, and I want to share the hours that I have spent learning about healthy journeys with others in an affordable, accessible way.

I take an intuitive, flexible approach to body movement to give the body what it needs in each moment whether it is strength, stability, flexibility, breath, or play.

For my 1:1 clients, I spend time understanding your ability and goals to customize your sequences weekly for optimal results.

For group classes, I like to spend time in class learning concepts and allowing people time to understand movement. The expectation is that the clients will practice the sequence before the next class. I also like to incorporate in personal growth via a selective curriculum from multi-disciplines such as emotional intelligence, positive intelligence, cultural intelligence, chakras, and raja yoga.

Here are the various yoga styles and disciplines that I study, practice, and/or share with others.

Karma Yoga

Do you have a unique request for customized yoga? These one-to-one sessions provide you access to someone who wants to help you work on specific goals. The focus is on functional movement to give you the muscle memory you need to excel in your day-to-day life, passions, and work.

What's the catch? There is none. I am passionate about volunteering my time to share my resources and skills to help others.

My ideal yoga client for Karma Yoga fits into one or more of the below descriptions.

Someone who:

  • Is training for a sporting event.

  • Is a casual sport participant, for example, an avid golfer, skier, or runner.

  • Is currently pregnant.

  • Was released from physical therapy and wants to continue with targeted exercises.

  • Has limited range of motion, stiffness, or tight muscles.

  • Has nerve damage or body aches.

Please schedule a free 15-minute consultation with me to discover if this is a good fit for you or for next steps.

Kind reminder that I am not a physical therapist, physician, psychologist, or certified personal trainer. Although I study health and wellness broadly, my official education is in yoga.
